4. Ticketing and Admission
For live events, tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated for a specific event or required by Australian Consumer Law. Resale of tickets at a price higher than face value is strictly prohibited. Admission to shows may be subject to age restrictions, which will be clearly advertised. Outback Chuckles Co. reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual from an event for any reason, including but not limited to intoxication, disruptive behavior, or violation of these Terms, without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All content featured on our platforms or presented during our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Outback Chuckles Co. or its content suppliers and protected by Australian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
6. Online Streaming Services
Access to online streaming content may require a subscription or one-time purchase. All online content is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or offer for sale any content contained within our online streaming service.
7. Limitation of Liability
